What our staff say:

Diane – Teacher at Wilmslow Academy:

“I feel privileged to have been in the first class of aspirer teaching students. As an aspirer associate teacher I felt supported, encouraged and motivated. The most important and rewarding attribute that I believe the teaching school offers is the personal support, help and advice. They were always there for me. I always felt empowered by them to utilise my training. To this day, I am still in contact with my mentors, tutors and fellow associates and have made lifelong friends. After completing my training, I was lucky enough to secure a teaching position within the aspire MAT. The support that was offered through the training school is echoed throughout their academies. I would highly recommend both the training school and also working for the trust”

Ali – PA to the CEO:

“I have been employed here for over five years and really have enjoyed every single day. My work is interesting, challenging and rewarding and no two days are the same.  It is very exciting that as the trust grows the team grows and I get to work with more and more fantastic people who are passionate about what they do. Throughout my time here, I have been encouraged to grow and learn new skills - I have always been fully supported and made to feel part of the team and I know that the work I do makes a positive difference to all of the children across the trust, it’s a great place to work!”

Nicola - Teacher at Ash Grove Academy:

"During my time within the Aspire Educational Trust,  I have been privileged to benefit from excellent CPD and leadership development programmes which supported my progress from Class Teacher to Literacy lead to becoming an SLE. Through CPD, I have been given the opportunity to work with other skilled colleagues across the Trust - sharing good practice and developing our own knowledge and understanding of the curriculum. The level of opportunities Aspire Educational Trust gives to children and staff alike is exceptional and, as a staff member, I feel fortunate to work alongside such influential people on a daily basis".

Rachel - PA to the Wilmslow Academy Principal:

"Since joining the Multi Academy Trust we in the office have been amazed by the support and dedication we receive from the Trust and other schools individually. The Aspire Trust truly feels like a family with schools of different sizes and backgrounds coming together and sharing their knowledge to work towards a common goal."
