Nina Zissler - HR Manager
I have 20 years’ experience of working in Human Resources, I started my career in the private sector working for large retail organisations dealing with a wide range of Employee relations. I then moved in to the Housing sector starting as the HR manager then progressing on to an Organisational Development Business Partner, within this role I developed senior leaders through leadership training and coaching.
In more recent years I have supported Primary and Secondary school Head Teachers in all aspects of HR and Leadership development. I have worked closely with Senior Leaders to move their schools forward through significant change including transition to Academy status, restructures, performance management and succession planning.
I am passionate about ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported in the work place and strongly believe that a happy engaged and flexible workforce will ensure high standards for the children within our Academies.
