Climate Action Plan

Our schools are currently at varying places along their sustainability journey.  The aim of our Climate Action Plan is to embed sustainability within all school strategies and learning, reduce our impact on the environment, and safeguard nature, public health and future generations from the impact of climate change.

Menopause Action Plan

The UK Government mandates Menopause Action Plans (MAP) for employers with over 250 employees from 2027. While this legislation is not yet in effect, proactively implementing such a plan demonstrates a strong commitment to employee well-being. It showcases the workplace as supportive and forward-thinking, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all employees.

We are mindful that whilst education and awareness can help reduce stigma and create conditions for more open conversations, it is important for colleagues to have practical support to help alleviate peri-menopause and menopause related symptoms.
