Megan brings over 18 years of experience in finance and business management. She began her career in the banking sector, spending 11 years in a variety of roles, including Bank Manager. During this time, she developed extensive expertise in financial leadership, operational management, and strategic planning.

In 2018, Megan transitioned into education and joined Victoria Road Primary School as Bursar. During this time, she developed a strong track record in financial leadership, strategic planning, and school business management, supporting the effective use of resources to enhance educational outcomes.

Megan now serves as the Trust’s Bursar Support Officer, providing financial guidance and operational support across the Trust. She is committed to helping school leaders make informed, evidence-based decisions that deliver value for money and maximise the impact of available resources.

Megan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Leadership and has recently completed an MBA in Strategic Leadership. Her professional expertise includes budgeting, financial planning, strategic decision-making, and organisational leadership, all underpinned by a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for pupils.
