What our staff say:
"I really enjoy working for Aspire because I am trusted to take risks, make mistakes and then be given the time to learn from them. I am trusted to use my professional judgement, and work from home when appropriate. I have been able to take advantage of internal promotions and everyone I work alongside within Aspire is a true professional and incredibly hardworking. Also, they are a lot of fun too!
The training sessions run by Aspire are evidence-informed, relevant and provide you with the opportunity to talk to colleagues from other schools who serve very different communities - this allows you to really understand a range of different challenges and perspectives and to use this to improve your own practice".

"Our previous Assistant Headteacher achieved a promotion to Headteacher at another school within the trust. We take great pride in witnessing our staff members grow professionally and flourish in new leadership roles.
Additionally, we recently welcomed our new Head of school from another school within the trust, further solidifying the Trust's commitment to fostering career development and progression.
The Aspire Trust has consistently proven itself to be a remarkable source of support for our school, and as the school Bursar, I am truly grateful for the extensive assistance provided. The Trust's commitment to ensuring the smooth functioning of our school is evident through the invaluable backing we receive.
For myself, one of the most significant reasons for my immense satisfaction working within the Aspire Trust is the collective support of individuals within the Aspire Trust.
The support of the HR team enables me to effectively manage contractual and payroll matters. Additionally, the Trust's CFO plays a vital role in providing guidance and expertise, ensuring our financial resources are managed responsibly and strategically, and the Bursar Support Officer further assists me in handling financial operations with precision and efficiency. The collective support of roles within the Aspire Trust equips me with tools and resources needed to excel in my role, which I think is invaluable within a workplace.
One of the most remarkable aspects of the Aspire Trust is the approachability and collaborative nature of its central team members. Personally, I greatly value the CEO's collaborative approach, always encouraging open communication and fostering a strong sense of teamwork.
Furthermore, the Aspire Trust has allowed me the invaluable opportunity to pursue a fully funded masters in senior leadership in education. This incredible chance to enhance my knowledge and skills in this specialised field not only demonstrates the Trust's commitment to professional development, but also highlights their dedication to cultivating exceptional talent within their workforce".
Megan - Bursar
Aspire is like a family. I started my teaching career as part of Aspire and it has gone from strength to strength. I love being part of the team and the networking opportunities are second to none. Everyone is approachable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful- no matter what you need. Whatever role I have been in, whether it be NQT, class teacher, AHT, SLE or ELE, there has always been someone who I can turn to for advice or support and someone who will listen and offer support and advice (and reassurance). I cannot thank the Trust enough for the opportunities I have received throughout my career so far and the experience I have had, living out my dream to be a teacher/ leader.
