Working for Aspire - A Guide for Apprentices

At the Aspire Educational Trust, we are committed to providing career opportunities for people who are eager to gain real life work experience whilst studying. Joining us as an Aspire Apprentice will enable you to gain new skills, whilst working alongside our experienced staff. On successful completion of your apprenticeship training programme, there are likely to be opportunities for your career to flourish within our Trust.

Who We Are

Established in 2014, the Aspire Educational Trust is a growing community of Academies that all work closely together with the aim of giving children and young people from all backgrounds an outstanding education. In doing so, they will acquire the values, skills, knowledge and understanding to prepare them for life beyond the classroom and subsequently succeed. To achieve this aim we have, and will continue to, establish outstanding academies in our local communities and beyond.

Our Ethos, Mission and Values

Our ethos is based upon full inclusion, high expectations, outstanding teaching and learning, and a relentless focus on the needs and potential of every child. Every member of staff has a part to play in ensuring we can achieve this.

Our mission is that each academy will become an outstanding school and work collaboratively with other schools within the trust for mutual benefit and improvement. Schools will also maintain good working relationships with other local schools, community organisations and the local authority to ensure that they fully serve their local communities. To develop a united partnership of excellent academies, where empowered leaders place our learners at the heart of everything and all are supported to be successful.

Our Values

Aspiration - We aspire to lead the way and achieve success for all.

Believe - We have faith and confidence in the Trust, our schools, our colleagues and ourselves.

Community - We work as a team – trusted to get the job done well!
